We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Care Manager to join our team at Walsingham Support. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support services to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and other complex needs.

About the Role:

As a Registered Care Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of care professionals to provide person-centred care and support to our service users. You will work closely with our service users, their families, and other stakeholders to develop and implement care plans that meet their unique needs and aspirations.

Key Responsibilities:
