Our Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

About the Role

This exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Engineer to join our team in the UK. As a Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

  • You will have overall responsibility for project coordination, including liaison with clients, stakeholders, and other project teams.
  • You will manage resources effectively, including staff, contractors, and third-party suppliers.
  • You will agree fees and manage the commercial position on projects.
Key Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience of managing highway or flood alleviation projects.
  • Knowledge of highway construction and delivery methods.
  • An excellent working knowledge of Design Manual for Roads and Bridges (DMRB) standards, methods of working & Specification for Highway Works.
  • A degree in a relevant subject (e.g., civil engineering, construction management).
