About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Coppice Lodge Care Home. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being is met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with personal care activities, such as washing, personal hygiene, dressing, and assisting with meals.
  • Deliver care that is tailored to each resident's individual needs, promoting their dignity and sense of individuality.
  • Participate in general activities within the care home, promoting social interaction and engagement among residents.
  • Recognize and report any signs of possible abuse, harm, or neglect, and take appropriate action to ensure resident safety.
