About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Craft Trainer to join our team at Caterlink. As a Craft Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in driving standards in our Schools and working closely with our Operations team to ensure the quality of our food and development of innovative ideas.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills of our team members in food preparation and presentation.
  • Work closely with our Operations team to ensure the quality of our food and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with our local on-site teams to provide coaching and training as needed.
  • Support new business and retention efforts in the area.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Craft Trainer or in a related field.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong planning and time management skills.
  • Sound knowledge and awareness of the education sector.
  • Full UK driving license and access to a car.
