Caterlink, the education sector catering specialist, is seeking a skilled Craft Trainer to join their team. As a Craft Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in driving standards in our Schools with our Operations team. Your main focus will be on the quality of the food, development of innovative and fresh ideas, and exceeding our customers' expectations.



Key Responsibilities

  • Work alongside the operations team to drive standards in our Schools
  • Develop and implement innovative and fresh ideas to improve food quality and customer satisfaction
  • Provide coaching and training to local on-site teams as required
  • Ensure compliance with purchasing and pricing remit
  • Support new business and retention in the area


Requirements

We are looking for a proven Craft Trainer with a track record of development in the education sector. You will need excellent presentation skills, excellent planning and time management, and sound knowledge and awareness of our sector. A full UK driving license and access to a car are also essential.
