Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Trademark Attorney to join our team at Eversheds Sutherland (International) LLP. As a key member of our Branding Group, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on trade mark and design law, including prosecution of trade mark/design applications, trade mark registry proceedings, and litigation.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct and analyze trade mark searches and provide opinions on registrability and infringement risks.
- Advise clients on intellectual property aspects of commercial transactions and provide due diligence support.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing high-quality, technically accurate, and commercially focused legal advice.
- Work collaboratively with other members of the Branding Group and across the business.
- Keep up-to-date with changes in trade mark law and practice and advise clients accordingly.
