The Guinness Partnership is seeking an experienced Repairs Surveyor to join their team in the UK. This role will involve carrying out surveys and property inspections, overseeing the delivery of subcontracted repairs, and ensuring that works are completed in accordance with Guinness standards and timeframes.

Role Overview

This is a full-time position working 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing complex faults and failures, supporting the delivery of high-quality works, and achieving customer satisfaction KPIs.

Essential Qualifications and Skills
  • Educated to Level 4 (HNC in Surveying or Construction & Built Environment) or higher.
  • Experience of undertaking assessments in line with the Housing Health & Safety Rating System.
  • Excellent level of knowledge of building construction standards, legislation, and ability to diagnose and specify remedies to building defects.
  • Ability to work autonomously, with limited supervision, and manage contractors.
