We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Joiner/Tiler. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality joinery and tiling services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out joinery and tiling work to a high standard, ensuring quality and attention to detail.
- Measure and install wall and floor tiles, kitchen fittings, and other related tasks.
- Perform minor joinery jobs, including repairs and maintenance.
- Work safely and follow all company health and safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and management.
- Complete relevant paperwork and reports.
- Travel across Northern Ireland and Ireland as required.
Requirements:
- Experience in 1st and 2nd fix joinery, tiling, and kitchen fitting.
- Completed trade apprenticeship.
- Full clean driving license.
- Experience working at heights and roof repairs desirable.
- Experience in maintenance contracts and the construction industry preferred.
