We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Joiner/Tiler. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a range of tasks, including tiling, joinery, and minor installation works.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out tiling and joinery work to a high standard, ensuring quality and attention to detail.
- Conduct minor installation works, including kitchen fitting and other related tasks.
- Maintain effective communication with peers, client services team, contractors, and management.
- Ensure all work is carried out safely and in accordance with company health and safety protocols.
- Attend to faults and issues, diagnosing and repairing as necessary.
- Complete relevant paperwork and reports diligently.
- Uphold data protection policies and maintain confidentiality.
- Travel across Northern Ireland and Ireland as required, with main work located in Greater Belfast and County Down.
Requirements:
- Experience in 1st and 2nd fix joinery, with a focus on 2nd fix.
- Completed trade apprenticeship.
- Full clean driving license.
- Experience working at heights and roof repairs desirable.
- Experience working on maintenance contracts and in the construction industry preferred.
