Job Title: Transactional Services Assistant Manager

Your New Role

As a Transactional Services Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for:

  1. Assisting in the execution of financial due diligence engagements for mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions.
  2. Conducting detailed financial analysis and modelling to evaluate financial performance and identify potential risks.
  3. Assisting with the preparation of financial reports, including valuation analyses and transaction documentation.
  4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including tax, legal, and operational professionals, to provide comprehensive transaction support.
What You'll Need to Succeed

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. Professional qualification in finance, accounting, or a related field (ACA, ACCA, CFA, MBA).
  2. Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
  3. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
