Site Agent Opportunity

Fawkes & Reece (South) is seeking a skilled Site Agent to join their team on a long-term contract assignment. The successful candidate will be responsible for advising the engineering team on technical challenges, managing project timelines, and collaborating with the project team on resource allocation and construction methodology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical guidance to the engineering team on project-related challenges
  • Develop and integrate project schedules, ensuring timely completion
  • Support the project team in managing designs, resources, and construction sequencing
  • Train and mentor junior team members on construction methodologies and best practices
  • Identify and address technical queries and RFI's in a timely manner

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
