This is an exciting opportunity to join HC One as a Housekeeping Assistant, where you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our care homes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our residents live in a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment.
We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Assistant who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and support to our residents. You will need to have excellent time management and organisational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of our care homes, including bedrooms, bathrooms, and communal areas.
- Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules to ensure that our residents' homes are always clean and tidy.
- Work closely with our care team to ensure that our residents' needs are met and that they receive the highest level of care and support.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to the overall success of our care homes by providing excellent customer service and promoting a positive and respectful work environment.
