About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Housekeeping Assistant to join our team at HC One. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our care homes are clean, hygienic, and well-maintained. This will involve managing the cleaning rota, supervising cleaning staff, and performing cleaning tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the cleaning rota and supervise cleaning staff
  • Perform cleaning tasks as needed, including laundry and linen management
  • Ensure that all areas of the care home are clean, safe, and well-maintained
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the care team to provide high-quality care to our residents
  • Participate in safeguarding training and take an active role in reporting any concerns
