Job DescriptionRole Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor, where you will play a critical role in providing excellent customer service to our elderly customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Taking of telephone and internet orders
  • Making outbound calls to customers and prospects
  • Supporting drivers with route planning for the next day's delivery rounds
  • Ensuring each customer receives exemplary service on every contact
  • Updating customer records and liaising with customer relatives as required
  • Providing customers with information on how to cook, store, and re-order meals
  • Preparing promotional literature and communicating new products or promotions to customers
  • Searching for new business opportunities and sharing best practices with colleagues
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in a customer service role
  • Confident use of a personal computer to manage and process orders
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Able to pay attention to detail and be accurate in your work
  • Numerate and good written English, with a GCSE Maths and English standard or equivalent
  • Able to work to deadlines
