Nursery Room Leader Opportunity
At Willing Care, we are committed to providing a nurturing environment for children to grow and develop. As a Nursery Room Leader (Level 3), you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and education to our young pupils.

About the Role
The successful candidate will have a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent, with proven experience in a nursery setting and a sound understanding of the EYFS framework. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, as well as a commitment to promoting diversity, equality, and inclusion in all aspects of nursery practice.

Responsibilities
Our ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of nursery practitioners to ensure the delivery of outstanding care and education to children. This will involve planning and implementing engaging and inclusive activities that cater to individual needs and interests, maintaining a safe, clean, and stimulating environment, and building strong partnerships with parents and families through open and effective communication.

Salary
The estimated salary for this role is up to £31,000 per annum.
