Salary Range: £35,000 - £55,000 per annum, contingent on experience.

Job Summary:

Lead Nursery Professional

This role calls for an accomplished leader who can foster an engaging and educational atmosphere for children to flourish. You will guarantee that each child receives excellent care and education tailored to their individual requirements.

You will collaborate closely with our team of instructors to plan and execute various activities and experiences that promote learning and growth. This might involve creating educational programs, keeping track of children's progress, and collaborating with parents and caregivers.

You will also be responsible for keeping precise records and financial records concerning children and personnel, as well as participating in all activities connected to nursery publications, advertising, PR, and other promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Implement the EYFS framework throughout the nursery.
  2. Emphasize the importance of company policies and ensure adherence by all staff.
  3. Plan and facilitate regulatory inspections and implement suggested improvements.
  4. Establish an effective key person approach to assist children in forming lasting bonds and identifying training or development requirements for staff.
  5. Guarantee that every child receives inspiring and significant experiences, settings, and tools tailored to their age and developmental phase.
  6. Promote a culture of self-evaluation and reflection throughout the nursery.
  7. Address any problems or issues in a detailed and timely manner, informing senior management.
  8. Keep precise records and financial documents about children and employees.
  9. Collaborate in all activities related to nursery publishing, advertising, public relations, and other promotional endeavors.
Qualifications and Specifications:
  1. Hold a relevant Level 3 Childcare certification.
  2. Exhibit a thorough grasp of the EYFS framework and applicable regulations.
  3. More than one year of leadership experience.
  4. An ideal candidate should have expertise in efficiently passing an Ofsted inspection at a 'Good' or 'Outstanding' level.
