We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team at CV-Library. As a key member of our commercial landscape and construction projects team, you will be responsible for financially managing secured contracts and working closely with our estimators, sales, and project managers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Financially manage secured contracts for commercial landscape and construction projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  2. Assist the estimating and sales team in preparing tender submissions, providing expert financial analysis and advice.
  3. Quantify, negotiate, and procure labour packages and key material purchases, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
  4. Identify and manage contractual risks, ensuring prompt submission and receipt of contractual applications, notices, and certificates.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  1. Proven experience in quantity surveying, with a strong background in commercial landscape and construction projects.
  2. Excellent financial management skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret complex financial data.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
