We are seeking a skilled Senior Test Analyst to join our team at Addition+, a leading provider of secure digital solutions. As a Senior Test Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality of our cutting-edge technology solutions deployed in highly secure environments.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the testing efforts for assigned projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.
  • Actively participate as a member of the development team, contributing to the development and enhancement of Agile working practices.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of test automation frameworks, ensuring efficient and effective testing processes.
  • Analyse requirements and user stories to help establish acceptance criteria, ensuring that testing meets business needs.
  • Provide input for non-functional testing needs, ensuring that testing covers all aspects of the product.
  • Conduct exploratory testing, identifying and reporting defects to ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain open communication with the development team and project stakeholders, ensuring that testing progress is transparent and aligned with project goals.
  • Report on test results as required for each project, providing actionable insights to inform product development.


Core Experience, Qualifications, and Skills

  • Passion for quality assurance and testing, with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and testing approaches.
  • Proficient in test automation frameworks and tools, with experience in developing and maintaining test automation scripts.
  • Exceptional documentation skills, with the ability to create clear and concise test plans, test cases, and test reports.
  • Familiarity with various testing tools and test management software, with experience in using these tools to manage testing processes.
  • Analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and flexibility, with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
