Job Title: Commissioning Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Commissioning Management Specialist to join our team at Kingston Barnes Ltd. As a Commissioning Management Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients' building services are commissioned and operated efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the planning and distribution of the commissioning plan for mechanical, electrical, and process commissioning, detailing dates, timescales, and resource requirements.
  • Lead an M&E team in the coordination and delivery of individual projects, including attendance at meetings, internal programming, project reviews, etc.
  • Manage the takeover, manual, automatic, and performance testing.
  • Establish and maintain company-wide commissioning standards and systems to optimise the management of plant commissioning activities.
  • Approve draft and subsequent detail documentation, O&M manuals, and operating procedures for use by the client.
  • Conduct on-site Engineering Services inspections and reporting for due diligence (Vendors and Acquisition) and dilapidations.
  • Be committed to supporting and assisting the Partnership and all Client organisations in their Net Zero Carbon roadmaps.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Excellent report writing and communication skills.
  • The ability to liaise professionally with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Experience in commissioning management and asset management.
  • Knowledge of building services engineering and commissioning processes.
