Job Title: Electrician - Maintenance Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team at Howells Solutions Limited. As a Maintenance Electrician, you will be responsible for carrying out reactive and planned maintenance to occupied social housing properties in the North West London area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out electrical maintenance and repairs to social housing properties
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve maintenance targets
  • Use company van and fuel card provided for travel to domestic housing association properties
  • Ensure all work is carried out to a high standard and in accordance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience as an Electrician in a maintenance environment
  • Knowledge of electrical systems and maintenance procedures
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Valid driving license and ability to use company van

What We Offer:
