Job Title: Electrician - Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team as a Maintenance Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out reactive and planned maintenance on occupied social housing properties in the North West London area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out electrical maintenance and repairs on domestic housing association properties
  • Use a PDA to receive instructions and complete reports
  • Work includes immersion heaters, fans, showers, security lighting, communal lights, domestic electrics, and minor works certificates
  • Inspect, test, and remedial work on exchanges and voids
Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 2 & 3 or equivalent (desirable)
  • 18th edition (essential)
  • Full UK Driving License
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Good Communication skills
  • At least 2 years experience working for Social Housing Contractor or Local Authority on domestic electrical repairs contracts (desirable)
