New Homes Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced New Homes Sales Negotiator to join our TDM team in Bicester, Oxfordshire. This is a permanent role that offers a great opportunity to work on a high-volume scheme for a reputable 5* housebuilder.
About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a sales-driven professional with a proven track record in new homes sales to deliver a premium customer experience. As a New Homes Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships from initial enquiry through to exchange and completion. You will work closely with the Sales Manager to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Meet and greet customers on site
* Take customers' details and qualify their requirements
* Deal with incoming sales enquiries
* Take customers on viewings
* Advise customers on the sales journey and progress sales
* Ensure the sales suite is presentable
Benefits

Requirements
* Proven experience in new homes sales for a housebuilder
* Ability to work on weekends and have a valid UK driving license
* Confidence using computer systems, including Microsoft Office
* Excellent customer service skills and sales orientation
* Impeccable presentation skills
