Head of Product


At The Little Gym of Gaithersburg at Downtown Crown, we're looking for a seasoned professional to lead our product development team. As Head of Product, you'll be responsible for driving the development and execution of blockchain products that shape the Tezos ecosystem.

**Estimated Salary:** £120,000 - £180,000 per annum

About the Role
In this role, you'll be responsible for:
1. Building a high-performing product function and mentoring a team of innovators.
2. Driving the development and execution of blockchain products, from core protocol to wallets and tooling.
3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape the Tezos ecosystem and position it as a leading blockchain technology.
4. Conducting market research, utilizing data, and informing product decisions to enhance the user experience.
5. Identifying potential risks and implementing proactive strategies to mitigate them.
6. Staying informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor products to drive continuous improvement.
