About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Clinical Development Nurse to lead, support and continuously improve the clinical governance and quality of care for residents in eight of our care homes in the South West.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the performance of each home, ensuring it performs to the highest clinical standards. This includes reviewing the clinical governance database and KPIs of each home every month, analysing the results and identifying practical strategies to ensure all regulations are met and care quality is continually improved.

You will work closely with the Regional Director, improvement specialists and senior clinical staff in each home to support the continual improvement of standards and help implement key actions to address any issues which arise. Your leadership skills, passion for delivering high-quality care and ability to share knowledge, build relationships and deliver on your action plans will make a real difference to the residents in our care.

This role requires regular travel within the region, so a willingness to do so is essential.
