This is an excellent opportunity to join our team as a Welding and Grinding Specialist. As an operative, you will work outdoors in a small team, supporting essential maintenance tasks to ensure the railway runs safely and smoothly for passengers and freight users.
About the Role
As part of our team, you will perform demanding manual work, often transporting equipment across challenging terrain. Your focus on safety, respect for rules, and teamwork will be critical as you work near moving trains traveling at high speeds.

Compensation Package
The estimated salary for this position is £50,000 - £70,000 per year, based on your experience. You will also enjoy a comprehensive range of benefits, including privileged staff travel, discounted rail and underground season tickets, and access to healthcare offers.
