Red Bear Software Limited is a fast-growing, privately owned software as a service company based in the UK. We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer Lead to join our team.

This is a full-time, permanent position with a hybrid working policy, allowing you to balance office and home work. Core office days are Tuesday and Thursday.

You will be working on a range of projects, including those using C# in .NET 8 as microservices hosted in Azure, and front-end UIs written using Vue JS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of and responsibility for the quality and correctness of implemented solutions.
  • Be actively involved in the full stack implementation to maintain understanding of solutions.
  • Ensure solutions adhere to acceptance criteria through comprehensive automated testing.
  • Wrangle data, including SQL and No-SQL databases.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 8 years' experience in C# development and ASP.NET (REST Web APIs).
  • Strong experience in working with Azure services, including Cosmos DB, Azure SQL, Azure Kubernetes Services, Event Hubs, Service Bus, and Blob Storage.
  • Strong command of querying a range of RDBMS and No-SQL database platforms.
  • Experience of leading an agile team.
