Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

In this crucial position, you will collaborate with the Partners to execute the firm's strategic vision, promote sustainable profitability, and contribute to a promising future for the organization. You will act as a role model, guiding yourself and your colleagues to make a positive impact on the firm, clients, and your team in a responsible, resilient, and inclusive manner. Balancing leadership with execution, you will need a profound understanding of the firm's strategic objectives and how you and your team play a vital role in achieving its long-term ambitions. As a Registered Individual for the firm, you will adopt an ownership mentality, thinking and acting like an owner rather than merely an employee.

Qualifications and Skills Required

  • Fully ACA / ACCA qualified with relevant practice experience
  • A minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience (PQE)
  • Strong awareness of client needs and commercial dynamics
  • Exceptional leadership capabilities
  • Expertise in networking and generating fees
