About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Project Support Officer to join our team delivering projects underpinning Trust strategic objectives. The successful candidate will provide Solution Expertise and Project Management Support for core EPR Solutions through design validation, test, delivery and adoption within the OUH EPR Programme.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach clinical workflows to end users and support in their application
  • Mentor and support junior PSOs
  • Liaise with IM&T staff to trouble-shoot equipment issues
  • Assist Solution Leads with testing new workflows
  • Provide adoption support for new functionality with a particular emphasis on Theatres support
  • Work within a team of 12 to instil confidence in the Electronic Patient Record Systems
  • Support clinical shifts, working 12 hour stretches including weekends and night shifts during go live periods with plenty of overtime opportunities available
Requirements
  • Experience in training or mentoring
  • Previous use of EPR systems
