Project Support Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Support Officer to join our team at the University of Oxford. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the multi-disciplinary project team, ensuring the smooth operation of the NHS England OpenSAFELY Service project.
Key Responsibilities- Meeting Coordination: Arrange and support meetings of the project team, including sending invitations, taking minutes, and recording actions.
- Report Preparation: Assist in producing formal project reports for the Senior Leadership team and senior NHS stakeholders.
- Administrative Support: Provide occasional support to the wider Bennett Institute leadership team, as required.
The ideal candidate will have significant project support and administration experience, with excellent communication and organizational skills. You will be based in the Nuffield Department of Primary Care Health Sciences, but will have the opportunity to work remotely on a regular basis.
This is a full-time position, with a minimum of 0.6FTE part-time working considered. The position is fixed-term until 31st October 2026, with interviews expected to be held during the week commencing 21 October 2024.
