About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Renewable Energy Reporter to join our editorial team at ION Group. In this role, you'll be responsible for producing high-quality content on renewable energy and power generation in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and write articles, reports, and analysis on renewable energy and power generation, with a focus on European, Middle Eastern, and African markets.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with industry experts, investors, and other stakeholders to stay up-to-date on market trends and developments.
  • Collaborate with senior editors and colleagues to create engaging content for our publications, including articles, reports, and analysis.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the global renewable energy landscape, including market drivers, challenges, and opportunities.
Requirements:
  • A proven track record of writing high-quality content on financial and business topics, particularly in the renewable energy sector.
  • Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to distill complex information into compelling narratives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working with diverse stakeholders, including industry experts, investors, and colleagues.
  • Familiarity with the European, Middle Eastern, and African markets, with a deep understanding of their unique characteristics and challenges.
