We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced property professional to join our clients in the Derby and Nottingham area as a Senior New Homes Negotiator.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in New Build sales, however, we are also open to considering property professionals looking to transition into this exciting field.

Key responsibilities of the Senior New Homes Negotiator role include:

  • Registering client details and managing their property viewing experience
  • Booking and conducting property viewings to showcase our clients' new build developments
  • Negotiating offers between developers and buyers to ensure a smooth transaction process
  • Working collaboratively as part of a dynamic team to achieve sales targets
  • Providing exceptional customer service and meeting the needs of our clients and their customers

The successful Senior New Homes Negotiator will be offered:

  • A competitive basic salary up to £25,000
  • A potential OTE of up to £35,000
  • A company car to support their business needs
  • Ongoing training and support to ensure their continued success in the role

Requirements for the Senior New Homes Negotiator position include:

  • Previous experience in New Build sales or a property background
  • A hard-working and results-driven attitude
