Job Description
As a Veterinary Receptionist, your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Greeting and interacting with clients and their pets in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the waiting room, including phone communications, mail management, and financial transactions.
  • Providing administrative support to the clinical team, including insurance claims, debt management, and financial reporting.
  • Utilizing our RX Works computer system to manage bookings, appointments, and client records.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Previous experience as a Veterinary Receptionist or in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with RX Works or similar software systems.
