Carter Jonas is seeking a talented Graduate Infrastructure Surveyor to join our team in the UK. Our infrastructure team is a leading provider of services to clients across various sectors, including energy, minerals, and waste, regeneration, telecommunications, utilities, transport, and geospatial/GIS.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an effective individual to become part of our team that delivers real change to people's lives. As a Graduate Infrastructure Surveyor, you will deal with a wide range of property clients, including renewable energy clients, highway authorities, the Environment Agency, and utility companies. Your work will involve landowner and occupier engagement, client reporting, and contributing to strategic land acquisition reports.

Key Responsibilities

  • Secure consent for survey access across third-party land
  • Negotiate lease events, acquire land and buildings, and negotiate business relocations
  • Contribute to asset management, valuations, and strategic land acquisition reports
  • Gain experience in land assembly negotiations and compulsory purchase

Requirements

We are looking for a talented individual with a RICS-accredited degree or relevant qualifications. Experience within a real estate sector, gained through work experience or placements, is an advantage. A full driving license is essential for regular travel.
