MLC Partners is seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Interim Head of Reward and Policy for an NHS organisation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering a comprehensive range of pay and reward employment policies, as well as contributing to the development of reward strategies for the organisation.
This role will act as an internal expert consultant to the Remuneration Committee and Trust Strategic Business Units (SBUs) and Directorates on individual Reward issues.
The ideal candidate will have a background in the development of pay and reward policies, with previous experience in the NHS (Local Government or Wider Public Sector may be considered).
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing pay and reward policies and procedures
- Providing expert advice on pay and reward issues to the Remuneration Committee and Trust SBUs and Directorates
- Contributing to the development of reward strategies for the organisation
- Leading on HR policy development, including policy, procedures, and systems in relation to Benefits and Pay
This is a hybrid working role, requiring 2-3 days on site, and is considered inside IR35.
