Job Title: IT Trainer

Senitor Associates is seeking an experienced IT Trainer to join their team. The successful candidate will work with learners and their mentors to maximize timely achievement rates and the acquisition of both skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver training programs to meet the needs of learners and employers.
  • Plan and generate degree apprenticeships to support the development of learners.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with employers to ensure the success of learners.
  • Plan, assess, teach, and align individual learning plans to meet the needs of learners.
  • Effectively document the learner journey through regular report writing.
  • Coach learners to help them advance in their chosen program.
  • Engage with learners to improve their math skills.
  • Create and manage learner action plans and provide additional learning support where required.
  • Design, develop, and deliver blended learning using Totara, Moodle, and Mahara.
Requirements:
  • Educated to Level 4 or equivalent in a relevant IT or technical related subject.
  • English and math at Level 2.
