**Key responsibilities**
- Deliver 2 Day Training Course to IT Fleet requirements, Day 1 as an Online Webinar and Day 2 Face To Face at Key Sites around the country including, but not limited to, Longbridge, Raydon, Doncaster and Loughborough.
- Liaising with Transport to collect Allocator information and ensure new Driver Inspectors are handed over professionally
- Liaising with Driver Support Team to maximise effectiveness and accuracy of Asset Management System
- Audit to provide accurate, positive and constructive feedback to the
Driver Inspectors.
- Meet with Driver Inspectors Face To Face to provide feedback on Appraisals, Appearance and Conduct.
- Liaise with Training Manager and departmental managers to organise retraining or upskilling of drivers, to support driver retention.
- Respond to customer complaints in respect of vehicle appraisal standards and manage/action accordingly.
- Foster and maintain effective relationships with co-workers and all IT Fleet’s Drivers.
