Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, dependent on experience.

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled individual to investigate building defects, conduct surveys, and provide expert advice and training to our team. The successful candidate will produce high-quality reports, manage contractors, and communicate effectively with customers.

The ideal candidate will have a technical qualification in Building, Surveying, or a related field, or 6 years' experience in the sector. Excellent customer care skills, time management, and communication skills are essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
