Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and forward-thinking Senior Infrastructure Manager to lead and manage our technology services infrastructure. As a key member of our technology senior leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing various areas, including service partner management, networking, modern desktop management, and service desk operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the technology services infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve infrastructure efficiency and reduce costs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of infrastructure services
  • Manage service partner relationships to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • Proven experience in infrastructure management, preferably in a similar role
  • Strong technical skills, including networking, desktop management, and service desk operations
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
