Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Infrastructure Manager to join our Technology Services team. As a key member of our Technology Senior Leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and managing our technology infrastructure, including service partner management, networking, modern desktop management, and service desk operations.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality infrastructure solutions, with a strong focus on innovation, scalability, and reliability. You will work closely with our Technology Transformation Programme to enhance our technological capabilities and streamline processes, setting up the Technology Operations function from scratch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the Technology Services Infrastructure for the business
  • Support the Technology Transformation Programme to enhance technological capabilities and streamline processes
  • Set up the Technology Operations function from a blank sheet of paper
  • Oversee service partner management, networking, modern desktop management, and service desk operations
Requirements
