The Role
You will work closely with our Head of Demand Planning to effectively translate commercial information into a high-accuracy demand forecast.
- Create forecasts to meet current and future build rate readiness.
- Participate in our IBP rhythm and routine, leading workstreams that highlight forecast gaps.
- Prepare unconstrained forecasts for review by Sales, Marketing, and customers.
- Reach a common plan with marketing, sales, financial, and supply chain views.
- Clean and prepare sales history to generate a statistical forecast.
- Translate sales forecast into mid to long term planning data for ERP and supply planning.
- Manage the demand planning part of our monthly IBP cycle.
Your Skills and Experience
We are looking for someone with previous experience in a relevant functional discipline, ideally with a supply chain management qualification (i.e. CPIM or CSCP).
- Well organized, systematic, and rigorous approach to planning work and priorities.
- Excellent influencing and inter-personal skills.
- Data driven, with strong analytical and IT skills (Microsoft Office Suite – Excel & PowerPoint, ideally VBA and Power BI).
