**About the Job**
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Commercial Account Executive to join our team at Insight Select in Ipswich. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth through effective account management and customer service.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in commercial sales, with a strong understanding of the insurance industry and its key players. You will be confident in your ability to communicate complex information to clients, negotiate effectively, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive revenue growth and increase customer satisfaction
- Identify new business opportunities through networking, research, and other means
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed targets
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of customer service and support
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of two years' experience in commercial sales, preferably in the insurance industry
- An undergraduate degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or finance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- A strong understanding of the insurance industry and its key players
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Benefits and Compensation
We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including 22 days holiday plus bank holidays, life assurance, income protection, and excellent pension and healthcare benefits.
