About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Estate Agent to join our residential sales team in Harrogate as a Branch Lister.

Key Responsibilities

  • Listing and gaining new instructions for properties to market while maintaining the highest level of customer service.
  • Building rapport with new and existing clients through face-to-face or phone interactions.

Requirements

  • Preferably an experienced Lister, Valuer, Instructions Manager, Valuations Manager, Residential Sales Manager, or a Senior Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator looking to progress their career.
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience.
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A Full UK driving licence holder.
