About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bid Management Specialist to join our team at PIVT Group Ltd. As a Bid Management Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and managing bids for our clients in the nuclear fuel cycle industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage bids for clients in the nuclear fuel cycle industry
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop bid strategies and proposals
  • Manage and coordinate bid teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of bids
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our bids are competitive and effective

Requirements

  • Strong research and analysis skills and an ability to work under pressure and to demanding deadlines
  • Excellent project management skills to plan, organise, and monitor the progress of the bid from start to finish
  • Good writing and presentation skills to produce clear, concise, and compelling bid content
  • A track record in bid management
  • Experience of working with multiple internal and external stakeholders such as clients, partners and subcontractors
  • Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams and experience in the nuclear sector is desirable
