Job Title: Bid Analysis Manager

We are seeking an experienced Bid Analysis Manager to join our team at PIVT Group Ltd. As a key member of our Projects Business Unit, you will be responsible for developing and managing bids for our nuclear fuel cycle projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage bids for nuclear fuel cycle projects, including responding to Pre-qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) and Supplier Questionnaire (SQ) activities.
  • Apply processes for developing quality and compelling bids, using story-board processes and working with relevant engineering disciplines and corporate functions.
  • Manage bid teams and inputs from internal and external stakeholders, including partners and subcontractors.
  • Negotiate with and manage sub-contractor and supplier inputs.
Requirements:
  • Strong research and analysis skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet demanding deadlines.
  • Excellent project management skills, with experience in planning, organizing, and monitoring the progress of bids from start to finish.
  • Good writing and presentation skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise, and compelling bid content.
  • A track record in bid management, with experience working with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams and experience in the nuclear sector is desirable.
