Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical and Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Shropshire. This is a permanent position that offers a competitive salary package of £75,000 per annum, including a relocation package of £8,000 and a signing-on bonus of £5,000. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical and mechanical engineering, with experience in maintenance and repair of complex equipment.

The successful candidate will work on a 4 ON 4 OFF shift pattern, which provides a great balance between work and personal life. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to relocate to the Shropshire area and start a new career with a leading manufacturer.

Key responsibilities include:
1. Planning, executing, and documenting preventive maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability and efficiency.
2. Identifying and resolving complex problems related to electrical and mechanical systems, utilizing technical expertise and problem-solving skills.
3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.

Requirements include:
1. ONC - Multi-skilled Engineering or equivalent qualifications in electrical or mechanical engineering.
2. Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical engineering or maintenance or similar manufacturing.
3. HND or HNC diploma in Electrical or Mechanical engineering or the equivalent.

Benefits include full training as a multi-skilled engineer, 5% annual bonus, overtime paid at 1.5 times the hourly rate, flexible benefits, death in service, and more.
