Job Summary:

We are seeking an exceptional Service Excellence Manager to join our team in EMEA.

In this role, you will lead our Product Support Team to deliver outstanding service to our customers.

  • You will structure the team for operational effectiveness.
  • Day-to-day team management.
  • Enhance regional customer satisfaction through technical and applications support activities.
  • Fluency in English is required, with additional language skills preferred.
  • Occasional travel may be necessary.

This is an office-based position with a competitive salary range of ▢100,000 - ▢120,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. Benefits include a company pension scheme, private medical & dental insurance, extensive training opportunities, and company events.
