Support Worker - Female Learning Disabilities

We are seeking a compassionate and empathetic Support Worker to join our team at Glenholme Healthcare. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in promoting independence, choice, and inclusion for women with learning disabilities.

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing companionship, personal care, and support to our female residents. You will also teach independent living skills, manage medication, and participate in community-based activities such as swimming, social activities, or other leisure activities.

Requirements

We are looking for a Support Worker who is kind, compassionate, and empathetic. No experience is required, and we will provide ongoing training and support to help you succeed in your role. You will need to have patience and a sense of humour, as working as a Support Worker can be challenging at times.
