About the Role

Abm is seeking a skilled Floor Care Specialist to join our team in Glasgow. This role involves cleaning office and events venue premises for prestigious clients, ensuring they are safe, disinfected, and well-maintained.

Main Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain floors, washrooms, and kitchens using specialized equipment and cleaning solutions.
  • Conduct deep cleans as required, including buffer and carpet cleaner operations.
  • Ensure all areas are free from hazards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and their staff.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 15 hours per week availability.
  • Previous cleaning experience, preferably in an unsupervised environment.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Flexible and proactive attitude, with a commitment to representing Abm values on site.
