About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Financial Reporting Specialist to join our team at Screwfix Direct Ltd.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial reporting, with experience in preparing annual budgets and quarterly forecasts for Leased Assets. The successful candidate will also be responsible for leading a small team, providing regular feedback, conducting 1 to 1s and quarterly check ins, supporting performance through clear objectives and agreed development activities.
