About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our SuperValu team as a Retail Operations Manager. As a key member of our store support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support the management team in all aspects of store operations, including sales, merchandising, and customer service.
  • Assist in the implementation of sales targets and KPIs, and monitor progress to ensure achievement.
  • Participate in training and development initiatives to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Merchandise and present the store to the highest standard, adhering to store planograms and guidelines.
  • Manage stock rotation, control procedures, and supply chain processes.
  • Engage with new initiatives and adapt to changing store needs.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication and delegation skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for grocery retail. Previous experience in the retail industry is desirable, but not essential.

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in individual departments throughout the store, while contributing to the success of our SuperValu brand.
